Our Club

Cultural club

The Cultural Club of SPARSH is one of the oldest and energetic club of the College but also the only club that involves every student. As the name suggests, one of the primary aims of the Cultural Club is to help students keep in touch with the rich cultural values, customs and traditions of our country. The Cultural Club aims at molding the personality of students and exposes them to a wide range of cultural events throughout the year. Apart from participating in a multitude of events, the students also get a first-hand experience of organizing and managing the events, and of course, it caters to the creative needs of the students.

Sports club

A Healthy mind in a Healthy body’ – so goes the adage. Sports Club Activities play such a vital role in the character formation of every student. Involvement in sports on campus is something like that seems inevitable for highly potential benefits to students. Recognizing the importance of sports and fitness for the physical as well as mental wellbeing of students, the campus has an assortment of facilities and equipment covering the entire spectrum of sports.

Health club

Health Club is an association of students in college for taking care of everything that is necessary for keeping an individual healthy. Health club deals with activities for the students to possess good overall health which includes mental health, Physical Health, Emotional Health, and Social health. Health Club of Sparsh College was formed from the beginning of the college, the club’s vision is to develop sensitivity among students in particular and the community in general regarding health and nutrition, awareness and maintenance of a healthy life style. As one of its programs and activities aimed to this effect, it has been conducting aerobic exercises for the students and teachers.

NSS & CSR club

National Service Scheme club was established at Sparsh College since inception. The club strives to bring improvements in the field of social welfare. This club mainly serves the villages. The club organizes various activities for the poor uneducated people.

Collegiate Social Responsibility (CSR) Club

The Collegiate Social Responsibility (CSR) Club of Sparsh College is guided by the vision of the college to create a professionally superior and ethically strong global workforce. The club stands for value-based and transparent functioning. The main objective of the club is to inculcate values, sustainability and self-awareness among students, to engage them in social activities consistently throughout their stay in the campus and to recognize their dedication, commitment and consistency in social engagement at the end of their studies. Few of the activities conducted so far includes – Blood Donation Drive, Clean drives, Donation drives, Visit to orphanages and old age homes, Plantation drives, Treasure hunt with CSR activities, Community Carnival, Teachers Training Program and many more.

Photography club

Sparsh College Photography Club intends to promote creativity through photography, to share and critique the photographs of peers, to educate and improve technical skills, and to spread the love of photography throughout the student/faculty fraternity. Regularly updating the photographs of the members in the instagram handle of Photo hawks Photography is much more than just having a camera and taking pictures. Students in this club have opportunities to hone their skills by understanding and learning about what makes a good photograph, from composition to artistic expression.
